“I’ve spent over 10 years working in finance, supporting businesses of all sizes — from construction companies with £500m turnovers to small event businesses just starting out around the £1m mark, and everything in between. I’ve also had the privilege of helping start-ups from day one, setting up finance systems, putting teams into place and supporting with seeking funding to get them off the ground.

Throughout my career, one thing has always been clear: finance shouldn’t be complicated. I cut through the jargon and make the numbers easy to understand, so business owners can focus on making decisions with confidence rather than feeling overwhelmed.

My experience spans a wide range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, payroll/umbrella companies, and events & exhibitions. I’ve built forecasts and budgets to support growth in larger organisations, as well as developed finance teams, reporting tools, and scalable processes that grow with a business.

My priority is making sure my clients are happy. Every idea matters, because if it’s important to my clients, it’s important to me. I take the time to listen and understand what they want to achieve, then work through the numbers to see how it could fit. Often, it’s about finding the feasible route forward — adapting the idea, making adjustments, and showing what’s achievable. My role is to make sure clients feel heard, supported, and confident that their ambitions are being taken seriously.
